Sustainability and Community

Across DC Group's portfolio, there is a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes that enhance the local community and environment. Several projects involve the development of greenfield and brownfield land or other under-utilised sites within proximity to the city centre. New facilities are integrated with existing public infrastructure to enhance amenities and encourage the use of alternative transportation through walking and bike-friendly environments. Environmental resilience is a key consideration in planning developments to ensure long-term sustainable use.

The residential developments are designed to provide housing where required by the community in a rapidly growing region. DC Group's portfolio includes a range of residential developments from affordable housing that can help first-home buyers and young families to get onto the property ladder, to options for later stages in life.
