DC Group has project-managed Port Nikau development for 18 years. This spring, Port Nikau will launch the first release of its residential sections. Arataki Stage 1A offers a variety of section sizes and price points, forming part of a new waterfront community just minutes from Whangārei’s city centre.

DC Group and Port Nikau have partnered with trusted local builders, including G.J. Gardner Homes, Sentinel Homes and Signature Homes, and introduced a range of modern pre-approved house designs to streamline the building process.

The 100-hectare Master Plan for Port Nikau will grow into a community of 1,200 homes, a town centre, green spaces, walking and cycling paths, and a modern marina alongside commercial, industrial and marine facilities.
