DC Group delivered a design and build solution for Ventia’s new base at 28 Logyard Road, welcoming another major infrastructure brand to this expanding commercial precinct.

The project features a highly functional 1,100m² footprint that features a modern workshop, operational offices, and a secure yard. Built to support Ventia’s infrastructure service delivery across Northland, the facility capitalises on Logyard Road’s flat terrain and transport links to the wider region.
