Facilitating a relocation from Port Road, DC Group undertook the design and build of Waste Management’s new operational hub at 62 Logyard Road. Situated on a prominent 1-hectare site, the facility is custom-tailored to accommodate Waste Management’s logistical and environmental demands.

The development includes modern administrative offices, a secure heavy-vehicle marshalling yard, and a specialist commercial truck wash bay engineered to high environmental compliance standards.
