DC Group has a strong history of managing assets and interests in commercial property in Whangārei. We manage land subdivisions, new commercial builds and site developments as well as a portfolio of existing tenants.

Residential

In 2021, the Whangarei District Council forecast a 45% population growth increase for the district and DC Group has consciously invested in various residential portfolios to help meet this future demand.

Marine

DC Group manages Port Nikau Marine berthage and facilities, and is currently expanding the number of piers while upgrading facilities available to berth holders throughout the Port Nikau development.
