DC Group has project-managed the Port Nikau development for over 18 years, guiding its transformation into a vibrant waterfront community. Following the successful release of 37 titles in late 2025, a further 20 sections are due for release in Spring 2026, offering a variety of section sizes and price points just minutes from Whangārei’s city centre.

To streamline the building process, a range of modern, pre-approved house designs have been introduced, forming part of a new waterfront community situated on the stunning Whangārei Harbour.

The 100-hectare Master Plan for Port Nikau will ultimately grow into a community of 1,200 homes, a town centre, green spaces, walking and cycling paths, and a modern marina alongside commercial, industrial and marine facilities.
