DC Group led the design and build project for McKenzie Civil Contracting’s new premises at 36 Logyard Road. The expansive 6,750m² site has been purpose-built to support the company’s civil operations and growing footprint in the Northland region.

The development features a modern 750m² facility incorporating a specialised workshop, staff amenities, and corporate offices, complemented by a substantial 6,000m² secure, flat yard. This strategic location offers McKenzie Civil easy access to the CBD and State Highway 1, for regional efficiency.
